RIU/GNI Real Time Platform
Two versions of the RTP system are presently fielded. Earlier
systems used OTM1 and VCM1 modules housed in the first generation chassis.
Later systems use OTM2 and VCM2 modules in a second generation chassis.
The first and second generation modules are not interchangeable. The
second generation VCM2 includes front panel toggle switches. The second
generation OTM2 includes a front panel USB interface.
